Shaka comes from 2 different personages.

Shaka (sometimes spelled Tshaka, Tchaka or Chaka; ca. 1787 – ca. 22 September 1828) was the most influential leader of the Zulu Empire.
He is widely credited with uniting the Zulu sub-tribes into the beginnings of a nation that held sway over the large portion of Southern Africa between the Phongolo and Mzimkhulu rivers. His military prowess and destructiveness have been widely credited. He has been called a military genius for his reforms and innovations[1], though other writers take a more limited view of his achievements. Nevertheless, his statesmanship and vigour in assimilating some neighbours and ruling by proxy marks him as one of the greatest Zulu chieftains.

This one is a personage from Saint Seiya (Manga). In the world of Saint Seiya, Shaka is one of the twelve Golden Saints. He is the saint of the Virgo constellation and the guardian of the sixth house of the Zodiac.
It is regarded as the man closest to God several times and is designated as the reincarnation of the historical Buddha. His name is a diminutive of Shakyamuni, equivalent to Śākyamuni in Sanskrit, meaning "wise clan Śākya." This is the nickname of the historical Buddha Siddhartha Gautama.
He is a very powerful saint who owns donations telepathic impressive. To maintain and increase his cosmos, he always keeps his eyes closed. When he opens, it causes an overload of the cosmos enabling him to quickly remove one by one the five senses of its opponents.
